What you will be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Be present at meetings with clients and advisors, take notes on meeting outcomes, and outline action plans.
- Send report letters to companies on behalf of the advisor.
- Update company profiles based on advisor calls.
- Check in with companies to inquire about their well-being; monitor temperature, impressions, and alignment with expectations.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful advising process.
- Create a shared workspace for the advisor and the company for chat-based collaboration.
- Schedule meetings, track progress, and monitor plan execution.
- Proactively gather feedback from clients to improve their experience.
- Resolve client issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling.
- Monitor payments and process requests for additional activities, advisory, etc.
- Gather client feedback and pass it to the marketing team for creating case studies and testimonials.
- Provide insights on relevant updates and when it’s required to further engagement of the Wiseboard team.
- Collect content/feedback for case studies.
